- Quality Control: Conduct first piece/last piece inspections and verify setups, including tooling and fixtures, to ensure compliance with standards.
- Work Area Maintenance: Ensure the work area is safe, clean, and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate.
- Pre-Shift Checklist: Complete pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist and report any problems or concerns.
- Production Records: Maintain accurate production records as required.
- Materials and Finished Products: Check materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Safety and Quality Procedures: Perform duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
- Team Participation: Participate in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings.
Requirements:
