Skilled Tradesperson

Perpetual Labor Sourcing is seeking a highly skilled Plumber or Apprentice to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
3. Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly and on time.
4. Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
5. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fixtures, and fittings.
6. Provide estimates for plumbing projects and materials.
7. Train and mentor apprentice plumbers.
8. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid plumbing license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
