About This Role

An award-winning personal injury law firm, GPAC, is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury and/or general litigation and a strong commitment to client representation.

Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury or general litigation preferred
  • Proficiency in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
  • Must have some trial experience
  • Capability to manage multiple cases from intake to completion
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong academic background from an ABA-approved law school preferred
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a collegial office environment
  • Licensed in Illinois and in good standing
