Medical Collector

We are seeking a skilled Medical Collector to join our team in Melrose, MA. As a Phlebotomist at Labcorp, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages by venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Prepare and process specimens for testing and analysis
• Enter patient information accurately and efficiently into our system
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Provide superior customer service to patients and their families

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program from an accredited agency, and previous experience as a phlebotomist. You should also be able to pass a standardized color blindness test and provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
