**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Manager at Domino's Franchise. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years.
  • Reliable transportation.
