Key Responsibilities

  • Barista Duties: Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, according to company standards and recipes.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the barista area, customer seating, and surrounding areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills, including ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and maintain a positive store environment.
