We are seeking a highly skilled Education Specialist to work with elementary and middle school students in a 24/25 school year, full-time position near Aberdeen. As an Education Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping students overcome communication challenges.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, a Washington Certified Speech & Language Disabilities certification, and a Washington Licensed Speech Pathologist license (preferred).

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with students aged 5-12, providing individualized support to help them develop effective communication skills. You will also be required to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

  • Develop and implement tailored speech therapy plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication
