About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own needs and challenges. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to children of all ages, from birth to 30+ years old, with complex medical conditions. Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and revise individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Active LPN/RN license in the state of Missouri.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
