We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of House Supervisor at TotalMed Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
About the Role
As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, coordinating patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans of care
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and medication administration
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
• Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• 2+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
