As a Finance Systems Intern, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operation of our systems, ensuring optimal performance and meeting internal customer needs.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance
* Review system performance consistently, including alerts and notices, and take appropriate action quickly to prevent downtime
* Install, configure, and upgrade end-user computing and telecommunication systems
* Assist the Operations team through various activities, such as facilitating change management meetings, assembling knowledge documents, and helping with operations projects

Requirements:

* Must be actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Network Administration, or a related field
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
* Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
* Ability to quickly triage problems, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution
