We offer a competitive hourly rate of $55-$70, determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Our benefits package is provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level service to commercial clients, including maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems. You will work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment, utilizing your knowledge of HVACR systems, plumbing, pipefitting, and mechanical equipment to identify and resolve complex issues.

To succeed in this position, you must have at least two years of experience in commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting in the HVAC industry. Additionally, you must be able to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification, which can be completed after hours and weekends. A background in refrigeration and EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification is also preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in computer software. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service, ensuring that facilities run efficiently and effectively.
