What to Expect

As a participant in our Graduate Nurse Rotational Program, you can expect to:

  • Rotate through various medical-surgical units, gaining experience and exposure to different patient populations and care settings

  • Develop your clinical skills and confidence in a supportive and collaborative environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your knowledge and skills
Requirements

To be eligible for our Graduate Nurse Rotational Program, you must:

  • Be a recent nursing graduate with a BSN degree
  • Be eligible for State Board Licensure and successfully pass the NCLEX examination
  • Have a Temporary Practice Permit and commit to taking the NCLEX examination within 6 months of hire
