Salon Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve their skills and knowledge
• Ensure a clean and organized salon environment that meets company standards
• Manage salon inventory and supplies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Requirements:

• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
