Position Overview:


The Early Morning Retail Associate is tasked with a variety of responsibilities that ensure our customers enjoy a remarkable shopping experience, whether they are browsing in-store or collecting an order.

This position requires availability for early morning shifts commencing between 5:00 am and 6:00 am.


An additional $2 per hour will be provided for early morning shifts scheduled to start between 5:00 am - 7:00 am, which includes duties such as unloading deliveries and arranging merchandise before the store opens.

Additional hours may be available in areas such as order processing, cash registers, and sales, covering daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in merchandise processing during early morning or evening shifts (as per schedule), which includes unloading deliveries, lifting boxes, arranging products, climbing ladders, and maintaining a safe yet efficient pace.
  • Welcome and greet all customers as a Host at the entrance or throughout the store.
  • Assist customers by suggesting solutions to their organizational needs as they navigate the store.
  • Design and sell custom closet systems and other storage solutions.
  • Operate the cash register with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience during checkout.
  • Introduce and enroll customers in our rewards program.
  • Maintain the Sales Floor by ensuring shelves are stocked and presented according to our brand standards.
  • Support customers with carryout services, whether through curbside assistance or in the parking area.
  • Participate in cleaning routines around the store, including dusting, restroom maintenance, and vacuuming.
  • Process customer orders for curbside pickup and/or delivery.
  • Organize the stockroom to ensure it is well-maintained and supports the store's selling efforts.
  • Adhere to established time expectations for the role, performing tasks with precision and timeliness while demonstrating pace and attention to detail.
  • Actively engage with customers to address their organizational challenges.

Qualifications:
