Custodian, Knoxville

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Lincoln Memorial University. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students, faculty, and staff.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned buildings, including classrooms, corridors, foyers, restrooms, dining hall, offices, lounges, conference rooms, and other areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, clean, dust, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including participating on university committees and completing required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports.

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to perform manual work, including bending, climbing, lifting, and pulling, and exerting 10 to 15 pounds frequently and greater than 15 pounds on an infrequent basis.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, good communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
