  • Financial Analysis: Provide analysis of financial data to support business decisions and identify areas for cost savings or operational improvements.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and accounting standards and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Clover, Sage, Peachtree, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Work Environment: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professionalism: High degree of professionalism and integrity.
