Aegis Therapies is seeking a talented Rehabilitation Coach to join our team in Belton, MO. As a Rehabilitation Coach, you will play a critical role in delivering optimal programming for residents and assisting the Activities Director.

This role requires a strong ability to work collaboratively with our therapy team to provide the best patient care and market our program/activities effectively. In exchange, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive flexible scheduling, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision benefits within 30 days or less. Our company takes a person-centered approach to care, ensuring that you will have the chance to truly make a difference in people's lives.
