The Cardiac Catheterization Nurse is an integral part of our team at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, providing expert care to patients undergoing therapeutic and diagnostic cardiology procedures. As a Cardiac Catheterization Nurse, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
