Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Engages in highly advanced and intricate specialist tasks for the institution.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution and oversight of complex and technical duties.
Plans, develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates programs or services.
Responds to information inquiries and gathers, reconciles, and maintains intricate data.
Coordinates and executes departmental processes.
Monitors budgets, accounts, and expenditures.
Tracks project timelines and identifies potential issues.
Prepares, reviews, revises, and disseminates documents and correspondence.
Coordinates and supervises program activities.
Conducts research for the preparation and distribution of information.

Compiles, coordinates, and assesses data received from various sources regarding the effectiveness of the assigned activity, program, or project.

Advises the supervisor on internal policies and procedures, clerical functions, and workflow to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Facilitates the development and holds direct responsibility for programs, current training initiatives, and future projects, including training teams, speakers, contracts, hotel arrangements, reimbursements, and meeting support.

Engages with criminal justice stakeholders to address training needs, facilitates training sessions, identifies subject matter experts, and responds to inquiries related to the institute and various training programs.

Assists with professional associations and the daily requirements associated with memberships, conference support, and contacts.
Delivers high-quality education to criminal justice professionals.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
