Job Title: Luxury Auto Sales Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Auto Sales Professional to join our team at Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Group. This is a full-time sales position that requires an individual contributor role and offers compensation ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, paid monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service.
- Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty.
- Research relevant information (e.g. vehicle features, financing options, warranties, etc.) to inform customers about product options.
- Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit.
- Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features.
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed customer records.
Requirements:
- Automotive sales experience in a luxury dealership preferred or relevant sales/customer service.
- A successful track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- A friendly, upbeat, and confident personality.
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems.
