Clinical Medical Support Specialist

As a Clinical Medical Support Specialist with All Medical Personnel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional patient care and support to our medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Greet visitors, assess their purpose, and direct them to the right person
- Compile and maintain accurate medical charts, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other administrative tasks
- Collect co-pays and handle other financial transactions
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of recent Medical Assistant experience
- Front/Back office experience
- Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate (if required by the state)
- Active BLS/CPR Card
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Ability to work in a smoke-free/tobacco-free environment
