About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Botkin Care & Rehab in Wellington, KS. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing quality service to our residents by assisting in meal preparation, serving, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual resident meal orders.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by distributing food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the quality and temperature of food items, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with cleaning tables, chairs, and other food service equipment and utensils.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, and maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand measurements.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends, and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
