The HVAC Instructor is a key member of our team at Porter and Chester Institute, responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in the field of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). As an HVAC Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of HVAC professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and courses that meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students to ensure their academic success.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HVAC education.
  • Mentor and guide students in their career development, helping them to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensure: S1 or S2 licensing required (or B2 AND D2).
  • Experience: 3 years of work experience in the HVAC field as an HVAC technician.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
