Job Title: LPN/MA - Adult Medicine

Maui Medical Group is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Adult Medicine team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our providers in delivering exceptional medical services.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN or MA to work in our Adult Medicine department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general nursing duties, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with procedures.
  • Prepare patient records, maintain accurate records of medications and treatments, and complete necessary requisitions.
  • Direct and supervise other healthcare personnel, including delegation of duties to other clinical staff.
  • Screen phone calls, relay instructions to patients, and perform patient teaching and/or nursing checks.
  • Assist in other offices as directed, perform other tasks and duties as assigned, and maintain sanitary conditions in the office.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Licensure as a LPN in the State of Hawaii required.
  • Active/unexpired CPR/BLS Card required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work overtime as needed, and update education as necessary.
