Clarendale of Algonquin is seeking a dedicated and hospitality-oriented Server to become a vital member of our culinary team. This position encompasses comprehensive, hands-on serving duties within our community.
Key Responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:
- Consistently uphold Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Ensure adherence to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards at all times.
- Maintain dining room aesthetics and presentation standards consistently.
- Prepare tables and keep workstations orderly. Take orders, provide service, and deliver requested items with grace and courtesy. Address relevant inquiries regarding menu offerings.
- Serve patrons using appropriate serving etiquette and foster a welcoming dining environment.
- Completion of at least sophomore year in high school is mandatory.
- Prior experience in food service is preferred.
- Experience working with seniors is an advantage.
