Associate Director, Global Compensation

Avanos Medical is a leading medical device company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Global Compensation to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Associate Director, Global Compensation will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This role will work closely with leadership and HR professionals to design and implement compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and implement compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR professionals to ensure compensation programs are aligned with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
  • Manage compensation projects from design through delivery
  • Work closely with finance partners to ensure effective decision-making and budgeting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resource Management software
