Century Group is in search of a Corporate Counsel to oversee both Litigation and Contractual matters for a leading financial services organization.
This role presents an attractive benefits package, including no billable hour expectations, a flexible work schedule (4 days in-office monthly), 3 weeks of paid time off, a positive work environment, and the chance to manage a diverse range of litigation cases alongside contract negotiations.
Key Qualifications:- 5 to 7+ years of experience in financial services litigation, with FINRA experience being advantageous.
- Proven ability to independently manage cases from inception to resolution.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts (including vendor, commercial, and third-party agreements).
- Strong academic background, holding a J.D. from an accredited law institution, and a valid license to practice law in California.
Compensation will be determined based on experience and skills, with an anticipated base salary ranging from $190,000 to $225,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus.
