About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring a high level of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate Patient Care: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care, including discharge planning and education.
  • Assess and Intervene: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and intervene as necessary to address any concerns or issues.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License: Current RN license in good standing, with the ability to obtain a North Dakota RN license.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with the ability to obtain other certifications as required by the organization.
