Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the buildings and grounds to ensure the safety and security of the community
  • Monitor the gatehouse to control access to the community
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid as needed
  • Conduct an assessment of the situation and administer CPR, AED, and/or prescribed first-aid treatment
  • Provide support to residents and employees during the day hours on weekends and evening and night hours

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • One year of experience in the security and/or emergency response field
  • Active Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification and/or Emergency Medical Response (EMR) certification
  • Valid driver's license
