We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Angel Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- One year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program required.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing required.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
