Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to our clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather information and provide guidance on tax planning and audit support.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to clients, such as tax planning and audit support.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
• Experience working with individual tax returns and tax planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
