Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our acute care setting. As a Physical Therapist Level I, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients with a variety of conditions and diagnoses
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in multidisciplinary patient rounds to foster a patient-centered culture
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current NH Physical Therapist License
  • AHA or ARC BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire
  • Over one month of staff physical therapist experience preferred
  • Over one year of staff physical therapist experience in an acute care setting preferred
