Evening Custodian

Become a vital part of our team where your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of TURBOCAM facilities through a variety of assigned cleaning tasks.

Your Contributions Will Include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, and performing steam cleaning or carpet shampooing as necessary.
• Collecting and disposing of waste throughout the premises.
• Ensuring restrooms, showers, fitness areas, and dining facilities are clean and well-stocked.
• Dusting surfaces, including countertops and furniture, while ensuring fixtures are polished.
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain a clear and tidy appearance.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Restocking cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Adhering to janitorial checklists and protocols.
• Performing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications We Seek:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial services is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is desired.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to various facilities.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Physical capability to remain active throughout the shift, including walking, bending, and lifting.
