Deli Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Deli Associate at Jerry's Enterprises Inc.

This part-time union position involves preparing deli products, including meats and cheeses, filling and rotating cases and displays, and maintaining a clean and sanitary store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.

The estimated salary for this role is $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience. Additionally, employees may be eligible for a $3.00 per hour bonus for open availability. 1. Prepare Deli Products: Prepare and display various meats and cheeses, while ensuring high-quality presentation and food safety standards.
2. Fulfill Customer Requests: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and fulfilling customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Maintain Store Environment: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli area, cases, and displays.
4. Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
