The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director in driving business growth and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join eFinancialCareers and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with internal department heads and senior stakeholders to manage key strategic initiatives and ensure alignment of team's strategy and goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage a diverse range of commitments and initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring the continual promotion of robust and on-message internal/external communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on deliverables, feedback, issues, and opportunities across the firm, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Leadership Support: Attend key leadership meetings and assist in setting firm direction and strategy, acting as proxy for the Managing Director as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7-10+ years' relevant professional experience, preferably in i-banking or asset management in operational and/or strategy type functions.
  • Skills: Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving aptitude, exceptional project management skills, and outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Education: Degree from a top school.
