Cybersecurity Leader

Ministry Brands, a leading provider of SaaS operational management systems and digital engagement tools, is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Leader to join our team. As the key architect of our organization's cybersecurity strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive security measures to protect critical data and infrastructure.

• Develop a Cybersecurity Strategy: Create a proactive approach to managing cybersecurity risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and aligning with business objectives.
• Lead a Cybersecurity Team: Oversee and mentor a team of security professionals, assigning tasks and overseeing performance to ensure effective incident response and risk mitigation.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize security controls, determining acceptable levels of risk for the organization.

• 5+ Years of Cybersecurity Experience: Proven experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and cloud platforms or related fields.
• Relevant Certifications: Strong experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM).
• Strong Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation techniques, as well as expertise in security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and leadership skills to motivate and develop a cybersecurity team.
