**Job Title:** Behavioral Therapist - Elementary Student Support

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in supporting students with behavioral challenges in an elementary school setting.

**About the Role:

• This is a full-time position, working 32.5 hours per week.
• You will work one-on-one with a behavioral student, providing individualized support and interventions.
• The position requires a strong commitment to the student's success and well-being.

**Requirements:

• Active RBT certification is required.
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
