Position Overview:
As an Information Warfare Exercise Design Specialist at IDS International, you will engage in advanced military training exercises that emphasize Special Operations within the Information Environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise to create realistic simulations of contested information environments, delivering essential training to warfighters. Collaborate with the US Military and allied organizations to devise, plan, and execute training scenarios, while providing expert instruction and support in both human and technical domains.

Travel to various exercise locations may be required, with all travel and accommodation arrangements covered during assignments, typically lasting between one to four weeks.

Essential Duties:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the Synthetic Internet for Training and Exercises (SITE) platform.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and methodologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in areas such as Special Operations Forces (SOF), Cyber Operations, Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Intelligence, and Civil Affairs, particularly in relation to Multi-Domain Operations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and enhance websites within the SITE platform to enrich exercise scenarios.
- Provide troubleshooting support for computer and network issues, effectively communicating with remote technical teams to resolve challenges.

- Conduct research on social media platforms to develop and integrate realistic content into training scenarios, showcasing your understanding of the intersection between physical and digital operations.

Qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret clearance is required; candidates with Secret clearance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Familiarity with Direct Action, Counterterrorism, and other related military operations is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ are beneficial.
- Extensive experience in intelligence disciplines or related fields is highly valued.

Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of WordPress, VPNs, and HTML is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at a workstation for extended periods, effectively communicating both verbally and in writing.
