Key Responsibilities

  1. Adhere to established work standards, training materials, and quality criteria to fulfill customer and quality management system requirements.
  2. Conduct safe operations and inspections on cranes.
  3. Inspect and operate manlifts effectively.
  4. Read and interpret applicable schematics for product assembly.
  5. Torque bolts and mark joints to specified values.
  6. Perform moderate to complex assembly and testing tasks using mechanical skills and various tools.
  7. Set up and execute leak tests, identifying plumbing leaks as necessary.
  8. Operate and verify leak testing equipment.
  9. Utilize pressure testing units on piping to meet specified standards.
  10. Report any discrepancies or defects in materials, products, or equipment.
  11. Cut, bend, and assemble stainless steel lines.
  12. Conduct all in-process inspections and document findings accurately.
  13. Complete and validate all required customer documentation.
  14. Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management.
  15. Contribute to the company’s strategic, quality, and safety goals.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in mechanical or related fields is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, email, internet).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, mathematical, reading, and spelling abilities.

Physical Demands of Position
  • This role requires significant walking, sitting, or standing.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

  • Frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending.
  • Manual dexterity and gripping skills are necessary for various tasks.
