Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Printing Specialist to join our team at Electronics Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for printing on a digital UV flatbed printer and routing on a CNC router.

Key Responsibilities
  • Printing and Routing: Safely and efficiently set up and operate a digital UV flatbed printer and a digital CNC router to produce high-quality prints on various rigid and flexible substrates.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Regularly maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Production Tracking: Accurately track and report production time and materials using shop-floor data collection terminals.
Artwork and Design
  • Artwork Layout: Lay out artwork, text, and images according to a design plan using desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Design and Proofing: Retouch color, ensure overall accuracy, and create sample proofs for customers.
  • Pre-Press Preparation: Prepare items for printing, including packaging and quality control.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of rigid wide format digital printing, finishing processes, and digital printer and computerized router front-end software.
  • Math and Measurement: Strong math and measurement skills, including the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform extended walking/standing.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by the workload.
