Overview

Rogers Group is seeking an experienced Aggregates Supervisor to oversee daily operations at one of our surface quarries in West Huntsville, Alabama. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe production of crushed stone.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Manage a team of 15 employees in the quarry's pit and mine activities.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in aggregate processing procedures and surface quarrying.
  • Strong knowledge of Aggflow and Stonemont QC software.
