About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at GPAC, a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Implement ABA Interventions: Implement ABA interventions and monitor client progress, ensuring the highest level of care and support.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Collaborate with Families and Professionals: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client success and ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certification: Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and current state licensure.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services, preferably in home and clinic settings.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and interventions, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
