Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health in Franklin, TN. This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $85,000.

Your Role:
You will coordinate and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients, ensuring timely assessment and intervention. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will require specialized certifications and the ability to work effectively under pressure in diverse medical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time of admission
- Plan patient care on an individual basis, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems and attainable outcomes
- Handle/transports/stores/prepares/administers medications/solutions safely and in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures
- Document accurately and timely
- Reassess patient's condition, evaluate patient response, and modify plan of care accordingly
- Accept charge responsibilities and assigns staff with consideration of patient condition and care requirement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- Basic arrhythmia within 6 months of hire (for certain units)
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (for certain units)
- AACN, CCRN, or CCP certification within two years of hire (for critical care unit)
