Position Overview

Facility Details:
St. Luke's Elmore is a 25-bed critical access hospital situated in Mountain Home, ID, approximately 45 minutes from Boise.

Role Responsibilities:
The RN will assist with various basic, low-acuity surgical procedures, including:
- General Surgeries: Laparoscopic Appendectomies, Cholecystectomies, Hernia Repairs, Exploratory Laparotomies, Diagnostic Laparoscopies, and open wound repairs.
- OB/GYN Surgeries: Hysterectomies, Tubal Ligations, Salpingectomies, Oophorectomies, Hysteroscopies, Conizations, and C-Sections.
- Endoscopy: Colonoscopy and EGD.
- Occasional Urology procedures.

Work Schedule:
This is a Full-Time position, requiring a seven-day work cycle from Monday to Sunday, followed by seven days off. Candidates must reside within a 30-minute commute from the workplace.

Patient Demographics:
Care for patients ranging from adolescents to the elderly.

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of surgical experience is essential.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
