Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to perform quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures under the supervision of a qualified radiologist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and be proficient in using various imaging equipment, including Philips MRI Scanners and GE Scanners.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform MRI procedures to ensure accurate and appropriate imaging information for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Participate in teaching and research related to MRI in support of the organizational mission.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Deal with challenging customer interactions and escalate to management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
  • Proficient in using computers and computer systems, including basic navigation and email applications.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or ability to obtain ARRT certification within one year of hire.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in radiology.
