Production Supervisor Job Description

At StarPlus Energy, we're committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions for the automotive industry. As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our mission to become the world's leading provider of energy solutions for e-mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure team safety and implement continuous improvement solutions to improve product quality and reach throughput and cost targets.
  • Build and train teams, and allocate manpower to meet production goals.
  • Proactively analyze quality KPIs and prioritize quality issues to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to mobilize support and resources to lead and assist in problem-solving activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Previous experience in supervision in a high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a union environment and experience with continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing is a plus.
