Position Overview:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist III, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized nuclear medicine procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers. You will work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures and deliver accurate results in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Successful completion of an educational program in Nuclear Medicine accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology or the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
- RHN-Radiologic Health Nuclear Medicine certification (required if working in California).
- NMT- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board).
- OR ARRT(N)-Nuclear Medicine Technology certification (American Register of Radiologic Technologists).
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of recent relevant experience.
- General knowledge of diagnostic nuclear medicine principles, procedures, views, and equipment.
- Capable of performing routine nuclear medicine examinations.
- Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Working Conditions:
- Work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Accomplish multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems.
- Ensure the privacy of each patient's protected health information (PHI).

Pay Range is $68.98 to $86.20 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
