About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Balance Staffing in Salinas, CA.

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services from suppliers while negotiating contracts to secure the best deals for our clients.

This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have experience evaluating suppliers, interviewing vendors, and verifying purchases to ensure compliance with company standards.

Additionally, you will interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors, authorizing payments and maintaining receipts, records, and inventories.

Salary: $25 per hour (hourly range) or equivalent annual salary ($52,000 - $108,000 per year based on 40 hours/week), depending on experience.

Location: Salinas, CA.
