Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns, and creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience for our guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales, and communicate this information to guests.
• Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, as scheduled.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
