About the Opportunity

We are seeking a forward-thinking designer who can envision the future of work and creativity, collaborating closely with partners across various product teams to define compelling experiences for potential development over the next 1–5 years.

This role involves crafting high-quality vision concepts about the future of Adobe's content marketplace, visualizing and prototyping ideas, facilitating design sprints, and driving long-term vision or strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Crafting expert-level vision concepts about the future of Adobe's content marketplace and convincing senior leadership to make necessary strategy pivots.
  2. Visualizing and prototyping ideas to communicate concepts using sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations while extending a design system.
  3. Facilitating design sprints with product and engineering partners and designers from across Creative Cloud.
  4. Developing and driving long-term vision or strategies, including identifying unchartered business opportunities.
  5. Collaborating proactively with prototypers, engineers, and researchers to understand emerging technologies and user needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A related degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Adobe tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Experience mentoring, encouraging an inclusive environment for designers to do innovative and impactful work.
  • Expert communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in communicating work at all levels of the organization, up to the CEO.
  • Embracing ambiguity, being proactive, and creative to move large cross-team projects forward.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing innovative experiences and a passion for empowering creatives worldwide.

Estimated salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
